Texas Longhorns' quarterback Sam Ehlinger has started a GoFundMe page to raise money for COVID-19 relief in Texas.
Ehlinger posted a challenge on Twitter to raise $1 million. Ehlinger tweeted, "Please share with friends and family and let’s raise $1,000,000 for COVID-19 Relief. Shoutout @Trevorlawrencee and his girlfriend, Marissa, for setting a great example with their fundraising platform."
In a video in the post, Ehlinger said, "we've all been effected by this global crisis one way or another and I want to use this time to create a GoFundMe page for relief."
"Let's raise some money and help everyone out in this time of need. God bless," said Ehlinger.
