Texas Launches Butterfly License Plates

Texas is launching Butterfly License Plates to raise money for at-risk species. The Monarch butterfly conservation license plate is launching on June 21st. The plate will costs Texans 30-dollars and 22-dollars of that will go to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to "support various programs and efforts." The Wildlife Department says its Conservation License Plate program has raised over 10-million-dollars in the past 20-years.
