A federal jury in Texas is awarding a $10 million verdict the family of a man who was shot and killed by police. Lawyers for the family of Gilbert Flores successfully argued that a pair of Sheriffs Deputes in San Antonio were in the wrong when they "executed" a knife-wielding man, who had his hands up. The incident, which happened back in 2015, was caught on camera.  Flores had just assaulted his family, and told the cops that he wanted to died.
