The Utah Jazz were fined by the NBA for holding Lauri Markkanen out of their last 9 consecutive games as part of the league’s recently adopted player participation policy. After the fine, Markkanen was miraculously made available for their game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Dan and the Danettes do a deep dive on the new policy and DP proposes an elegant and entertaining solution to tanking in the NBA.
